The company was founded in Manchester UK by self-taught developer Jamie.

How much does a website cost?

As we build bespoke websites it comes down to your budget and requirements which can be discussed during a consultation. Our basic website design and build starts at £1000. All websites have SEO as standard.

How long does it take to complete my website?

We usually take between 10 and 20 working days to complete a standard or corporate website. E-commerce websites take around 30 to 40 working days to complete.

What is aftercare?

Our NO contract website aftercare service takes care of things like your domain name, hosting online, SEO, updates, SSL certificate, emails and tech support. Our aftercare plans start at £35pcm.

How do I cancel the aftercare?

You can cancel the aftercare service at any time. Though we hope our service will keep you around we understand and as it’s contract free you don’t pay to cancel, just give us 1 months notice, and we’ll take the necessary steps to terminate the plan.

What does the whole process look like?

After an initial consultation we send you our signed agreement. Once the agreement is signed by both parties and the initial invoice has been paid we begin the design of your new website. From you we usually require content and assets such as logo, images, brand guidelines and text content. After the design has been completed and approved by you we move onto the development and SEO stage, coding the website using custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You’ll be sent a preview link to the website to see progress. When the development is finished and you’re happy with the result we’ll send the invoice for outstanding payment and begin setting the website live.

Do you do e-commerce?

JSWD design, develop and provide aftercare for e-commerce websites. Costs for e-commerce websites are by quotation and usually take between 30 and 40 working days to complete.

What is SEO?

SEO is an acronym that stands for “search engine optimisation”. This is the process of optimising your website to get organic, or unpaid traffic from the search engine results page. As standard JSWD optimises all clients websites and submits the websites to Google to be indexed. We continue to optimise websites in our aftercare plans and additional SEO boosts are available outside of the plan. Contact us for more information.

Do you offer branding services?

Yes, we offer brand design services. From Logo and business card design to documents and certificates we have you covered. Contact us for more information.

Do you run social media accounts?

Yes, we offer affordable social media management, posting content on your selected accounts 3 times per week, every week. We offer aftercare plans containing this service.
